  • Firestrike floor boards (we just loved these)
  • Stained glass windows to front windows

  • Small brick wall in verandah with two timber posts
  • Caeserstone benchtop in kitchen
  • Highlight bricks

  • Letter Box
  • Open fire place in lounge
And a
Things we would have liked but were too difficult or too expensive
  • Double Glazing

  1. We are at this minute going through the specs again with all the questions for James. We are also considering the cavity slider, I think it will have a dual effect, cut down on heating costs (especially if you do zone the heating and cut off the front of the house to a different zone), also noise, especially if you have visitors in the front room, and the kids want to watch TV in the family room. I think we will be doing it. Interesting idea to lengthen dining room, hmmm. Will keep you posted as well.

  2. Great design! I have noticed some beautiful display homes over here. Nice post!
