Tile selection almost there

We are getting very close to finalising tile selection, including the vanities.  This is where we are at now:
The top laminex is the bench, the next will be cupoards and the bottom is the tile for the floors and walls, it comes in 400x400 which is a little larger than the standard 300x300 which we think will look a little better.  (The white is just there to simulate the sink).  Now all we need to do is choose a feature tile, most likely a mosaic, to go in the shower niche and for a vertical feature on the boys bath and possibly on our shower.

  3. Hi pattycake4,

It was $16,600 to change from slab to stumps.... This is what you are quoted however there are always other costs that you don't know about.

    Have a look at: http://room4acubby.blogspot.com/2009/08/is-this-30m-tree.html

  4. Oh yeah and that $16,600 included subfloor insulation to ensure that we met 5 star rating still. It wasn't too hard for them though given we have a 10,000L water tank, solar hot water and the alfresco side faces North which all help the star rating really well.

  6. Romeo Homes need to do a course on how to treat customers & offer service. we will never reccommend this company to friends or family. we only went with this company based on their display home "the Jamieson"...from day 1 till now!...a complete mess....like the house fine...go to another builder you will regret it.....never again with an amateur company
